A hydraulic pump moves fluid through the system and converts mechanical energy and motion into hydraulic fluid energy. An electric motor drives the hydraulic pump. The valves control the flow of liquid and relieve excessive pressure from the system if necessary. A hydraulic cylinder converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy.
